Returns & refunds

At Gentle Beyla, we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process simple and seamless.

Return Policy

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

• Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

• Final Sale or promotional items are non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different length or style, please email us at gentlebeyla@gmail.com.  Exchanges are subject to availability.

How to Return

• Email gentlebeyla@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

• We’ll reply with your return instructions and return address.

• You’ll be responsible for return shipping. Please pack items securely in the original packaging (or equivalent) and use a tracked service.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll refund the original payment method.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after your return has been received and approved.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Duties and taxes paid at delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

International Returns

Customers outside the UK are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Please ensure returns are sent with tracked delivery, as we cannot be held liable for lost parcels.
